Description
The control Adβgal DNA is a plasmid-isolated Ad5 DNA that contains a CMV-βgal expression cassette in place of the E1 region. The E3 region is deleted (2.7 kb). Adβgal DNA can be used as a control to monitor the efficiency of transfection and virus recovery. It will generate a β galactosidase-expressing adenovirus that might be useful in your future experiments. Enough DNA is provided for 5 transfections. |
